Calculators and AI tools

Website calculations run in your browser. MCP calculations are processed by the server but their inputs and results are not stored in the application database. Do not enter personal customer data. Your chosen AI provider has its own data policies.

Enquiries

When you submit an enquiry, we save your name, email, business, selected service and message so Antony can assess and respond to your request. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Enquiries are available only through the owner’s signed-in dashboard. They are automatically removed from the active database after 90 days when the service next runs its retention cleanup, and can be deleted earlier by the owner. A separate engagement may require its own record-retention terms.

Optional measurement

If you choose to allow usage measurement, we count page views and selected actions, such as calculator use or brief downloads. Counts are grouped by day, page and broad referral source. We do not send calculation values, form contents, full referring URLs, IP addresses or persistent visitor identifiers into these usage records. We cannot identify unique visitors or follow people between devices from these counts.

Your preference is stored in this browser tab’s session storage. Selecting essential only disables these optional events. Usage totals are retained for up to 13 months, with expiry applied during retention cleanup. You can change your choice using the Usage preferences link in the footer.

Security and hosting

Hosting infrastructure processes technical request data necessary to serve the site. Short-lived request limits use a keyed hash derived from the connection address and hour to reduce abuse. Those application records expire after an hour and are cleaned up during service housekeeping. Signed form tokens prevent tampering and duplicate submissions. Enquiry data and aggregates use the site hosting platform’s managed database.

Your choices

You can request access, correction or deletion of the enquiry information you supplied. Please include the enquiry reference if available, and enough information to confirm your identity. No card details are collected by this site and no payment is taken through the enquiry form.
